Return & Refund Policy

At INKspire Designs LLC, we strive to provide high-quality, custom-made products that meet your expectations. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

Returns

Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

• The return request must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

• Proof of purchase and clear photos of the defect/damage must be provided.

Refunds & Replacements

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our mistake, we will offer:

1. A replacement at no additional cost.

2. A partial or full refund, depending on the issue.

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Custom orders where the design was approved before production.

• Incorrect orders due to customer error (e.g., wrong size, color, or text provided).

• Normal wear and tear or misuse of the product.

Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days and will be credited to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Cancellations & Order Changes

Because our products are made-to-order, we allow order modifications or cancellations only within 3 hours after purchase. Once production begins, we cannot make changes or issue refunds.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by the shipping carrier. However, if your package does not arrive, please contact us, and we will assist you in filing a claim.

How to Request a Return or Refund

• Order number

• Description of the issue

• Photos of the product (if applicable)

We will respond within 2 business days with further instructions.
